Beyond merely nourishing the body, what we eat and with whom we eat it with, can inspire creativity and strengthen the bonds between us. Since food is such a central part of our lives, it tells a lot about who we are and what we believe in. It can teach us something about the person we share it with but to work together to create a meal is the ultimate experience.
