We are now offering gift certificates for many of the top Sarasota and Manatee County independent restaurants at a 30% reduced price. Here's how it works:

1. Choose a restaurant gift certificate from the available list. If you are not sure where you would like to eat, please view the restaurant websites (links available at www.freshoriginals.com, or by clicking each restaurant's name) as a reference. After adding gift certificates to your shopping basket, proceed to the "checkout" and fill out the requested information to complete your purchase. You can print your certificates immediately after purchase, or later by following instructions in an email that will be sent to you after payment.
2. There are a few rules and restrictions that we would like you to be aware of before purchasing.
• These gift certificates have no cash value, and no change is given on unused certificate portions.
• They cannot be redeemed for alcohol or taxes.
• Only one gift certificate may be redeemed per table per visit.
• They are valid for dine-in only (unless otherwise noted).
• Certificates are only valid once. Any remaining balance is not credited.
• Gratuity is NOT included. Please do not forget to tip!
• Certificate expires 6 months from purchase (unless bought during our December pre-sale of 1st Quarter certificates, during which they are available during the first six months of the next year).
• Certificates may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
• Certificates may not be used on holidays or special occassions (such as New Year's Eve, Wine Dinners, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, etc.).
• Certificate may contain an expiration date. If so, this is the date on which the promotional value on the gift certificate expires. Your certificate will be valid for the purchase price for up to five years after purchase, or as long as is required by applicable law. If a restaurant fails to accept a certificate for its purchase price beyond the expiration date, please contact InstaGift and you will be refunded.
3. For those hesitant to make credit card purchases over the Internet, rest assured that all operations are taking place on a secure server. Your card information is encrypted and is processed immediately. 4. Although we have discussed in detail the sale of these certificates with every owner of every included restaurant, and they have all agreed to the terms and conditions in writing, it is possible that you may run across a waiter who seems unfamiliar with the system. If this happens, don't worry and please be patient...all they need to do is check with the owner or manager to verify. That said, we do not expect there to be any problems at all, the waiters should already be familiar with the gift certificate program.
