1. Choose a restaurant gift certificate from the available list. If you are not sure where you would like to eat, please view the restaurant websites (links available at www.nashvilleoriginals.com) as a reference. After adding gift certificates to your shopping basket, proceed to the "checkout" and fill out the requested information to complete your purchase. (More detailed information about completing your purchase is located below at #5 and #6.) Your gift certificate will be emailed to you immediately upon completing your purchase.
2. There are a few rules and restrictions that we would like you to be aware of before purchasing.
• These gift certificates have no cash value, and no change is given on unused certificate portions.
• They cannot be redeemed for alcohol or taxes.
• Only one gift certificate may be redeemed per table per visit.
• They are valid for dine-in only (unless otherwise noted).
• Certificates are only valid once. Any remaining balance is not credited.
• Gratuity is NOT included. Please do not forget to tip!
• Certificates may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
• Certificates may not be used on holidays or special occassions (such as New Year's Eve, Wine Dinners, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, etc.).
• Certificates do not expire.
3. For those hesitant to make credit card purchases over the Internet, rest assured that all operations are taking place on a secure server. Your card information is encrypted and is processed immediately. 4. Although we have discussed in detail the sale of these certificates with every owner of every included restaurant, and they have all agreed to the terms and conditions in writing, it is possible that you may run across a server who seems unfamiliar with the system. If this happens, don't worry and please be patient...all they need to do is check with the owner or manager to verify. That said, we do not expect there to be any problems at all, the servers should already be familiar with the gift certificate program.
